Sign up for your free Agent account through Trulia.  Go into your Trulia account and under “My Trulia Account” in the upper right corner, you can select client listing reports, then select “Send Now” beside one of your listings, put in your clients email address, put in a personalized message or leave standard message, check the box “Email Weekly” and it will email your client the report every Tuesday with your pic and contact info.  Theresa Ellis provided this information for us all to have.

Monday we were treated to the Shift 2 seminar given by Dick Dillingham.  One of the sections included mindset.  Keep a positive mindset while you are blogging, working your social network, and creating information for your website.  Clients want to use a professional that has positive thoughts about being in real estate.

Take advantage of this wonderful feature in you KW intranet.  Click on the White Pages tab.  Click on My Referral.  Fill out the form.

The next time you need a referral across the country, check out the KW White Pages first before you call a team leader.  The associates that take the time to fill this out want referrals.  Click on their website.  Has it been updated or is it the default information?  Give them a call.  It is that easy.
